About the £7.50/mo subscription
Like a mobile plan, the subscription keeps 24/7 monitoring, real-time tracking and dedicated support running without interruption. It covers the app, live alerts and ongoing access to support, not just the hardware sitting in your car.
Important: the subscription starts when your device is activated after installation, not when you place your order. You won't be charged the recurring fee until your device is switched on and ready to use.
There's currently one billing option: monthly. There's no annual plan available yet.
